Nutritional Therapy seeks to improve health by improving the quality of a person’s diet and lifestyle. The food we eat has a profound effect on our health – physical, mental & emotional. Other factors that can influence our health include stress, lifestyle, environmental toxins/pollution and genetic factors.
I consider each person to be an individual with their own personal health story which we will explore during a 1.30hr initial consultation. I will then give you my recommendations for changes to diet and lifestyle that may help address any specific health issues and help you achieve your goals. I work with a variety of modern, scientific, traditional, and naturopathic methods to help bring the body into balance and to restore vitality.
