There is now an increasing understanding amongst the general population and the medical profession that diet plays a very important role in the avoidance of chronic and degenerative conditions such as diabetes, obesity, cancer, arthritis, cardiovascular disease, auto-immune conditions etc.
What is still not generally understood, however, is that the “one size fits all” model doesn’t work. Through recent developments in genetic and functional testing, we are coming to realize that how we process, absorb, and metabolise food and nutrients varies from person to person. In addition, we all have our own lifestyle challenges such as stress, work/life balance, family demands etc. It is my role to work with you, as coach and educator, to find a way of eating that helps restore you to optimal health and fits in with your specific requirements and lifestyle
